MAIN GATE BAR+GRILLE....dirty rotten continuous LAWBREAKERS.

Evidently, the Minnesota traffic/road safety laws mean NOTHING to this band of lawbreakers also known as the Gary McDuffee family. Gary, sons Jason and Ryan as well as their mother Wanda(McDuffee)Kretzman, own and operate the Main Gate Bar+ Grille. I believe it i$ their CA$H COW. For several years now, on a fairly regular basis they erect ILLEGAL road right of way banners. Even though Rich Munsch (MnDot) has given them NUMEROUS warnings and even confiscated some of these banners, for their BELLIGERENT REFUSAL to remove them, when told to do so by MnDot officials. The pictures below were taken 6-18-16 by me and I filed a formal complaint  to Rich Munsch at MnDot to have them removed. This continuous lawbreaking is costing state taxpayers PLENTY.  This is the same family that continues to operate Clearwater Kennels under AJs Angels permit(Angie/Angeline McDuffee). Previously Wanda Kretzman held the operation permit.  Put Clearwater Kennels in the search box on this blog to read about her settlement for allegedly violating the Animal Welfare Act for more than 5 years. She agreed to pay an almost 27K fine, for her alleged  willfull violations of that act. Shame on all of them. They are a disgrace to this community.

Any signs or banners between the electric pole and the road are ILLEGAL and not allowed in the road right of way, as they are a traffic safey hazard.
