Little Falls Mayor(and manager of Coborns Superstore) Greg Zylkas attempt to recruit/retain soldiers for the BUTCHER MACHINE.

The only purpose of veneration of soldiers is recruitment/retention.  Where are the parking spots for pregnant mothers, elderly citizens, and any other group whose health/physical state is compromised?
