The moderator of the McRecord doesn't want you to see this, because what the council did was NOT ETHICAL, PERHAPS NOT LEGAL. Take a look. The MN. State Auditors office has a rule, that prohibits elected officials from spending public funds for non public uses. Read the comment I made to understand further.
This is a perfect example, of how the Morrison County Records bias gets in the way of my free speech. They don't want you to know what I find out. This should trouble everyone in this city. They have published every other recent comment I have made, but not this one. The council can no more authorize the use of Greg Kimman city staffs time to work on a baseball field layout on non city owned property, than the city council could vote to authorize 2k for bathrooms on township property. If what they used for an excuse to not help build the bathrooms for public use, then they certainly can't use city staffs time to help build a complex on SCHOOL PROPERTY, NOT OWNED BY THE CITY.
Some of the faces have changed, but same group of clowns.
All under the Big Top Circus Tent called City Hall.
