This is NUTS !!!! County guidelines allow children age 6-7 to be alone for a few HOURS?????

Who in their right mind, would EVER let a child age 6-7, to be alone for a COUPLE OF HOURS......REGARDLESS OF WHY.

SOME GUIDELINES !!!!! this is totally UNACCEPTABLE.   No wonder Morrison County kids are left alone......ALOT !!!!  They are getting WRONG ADVICE from Morrison County social service GUIDELINES !!!!
