That was the original title that Coleen Rowley gave our article that we co-wrote Morrison County Record (likely Tom West) changed.  I believe, that the new title was picked to protect Camp Ripleys image.  Don't you?  See the link at the bottom of the pictures for the article in the Morrison County Record, with the watered down titled "Drone policy will come back to bite U.S.
