Now perhaps you will understand the need for law enforcement to slow down in this area.   What if a squad had needed to get through this mess barreling along at 60-80mph such as is sometimes the case when patrol cars are running red out front?   Why wasn't a police officer alerted to the need to patrol traffic during this funeral procession?   This end of town has one church, the funeral home, the convent, the hospital and the Franciscan music center/swim pool, and a school...all within a 1 block radius and using First St. S.
