Electronic sign in Royalton to be REMOVED took Shraut(a private citizen)to SUE, to get Toni Wetzel(Royalton City Atty) to do her job.

Finally, justice for Schraut.....but not if he ended up holding the bag on his legal fees. No private citizen should EVER have to spend their money, to get their elected officials(council and city attorney)to mandate that a sign ordinance(or any other ordinance, for that matter) be enforced UNIFORMLY.
