Little Falls Mn TAXPAYER LAWSUITS a real possibility unbalanced voting districts 3-17-14

Especially since the Belle Prairie annexation, the 2nd ward of  Little Falls, Mn has waaaaay more voters.  This could create taxpayer lawsuits...if even one resident filed a lawsuit, they would likely prevail.  3-17-14
