BREAKING NEWS Cable Franchise Renewal/ Spectrum complaints/future city needs 3-6-17 public hearing

In the videos below I expose Mark Slupe and Jill Moore allowing what sure looks like fundraising and advertising on public access tv in violation of their own policies. I also share information about St. Cloud public access tv and that they have a franchise renewal. If they could do it right, why can't/won't Little Falls? Everyone needs to know the answer to this. 

See proof below somebody authorized the publication of the Cable Franchise public hearing BEFORE council accepted the recommendation of the board to HOLD a public hearing.( council hasn't even passed the recommendation yet...they will on this coming Tuesday nights agenda 2-21-17.  This is likely ILLEGAL. They just don't think they need to follow their own rules....EVER.  Remember this in 2018 when you vote for mayor and your council ward member. Hanfler, Zylka, Hircock, and Liljegren are all up for re-election in 2018. I will be  challenging the mayor again.

 Get to the Cable/SPECTRUM(formerly Charter Comm.) public hearing on Monday March 6th at 7:30 pm.....as you can see the city was told by the taxpayer funded atty Bob Vose to do this back in 2012, BUT THEY DIDN'T.
