For all Spectrum customers AND all other folks interested in public access tv in Little Falls, Mn run by Great River Arts Association. I believe they are in violation of their own policies. This is just plain wrong. They must be taking lessons from the City of Little Falls, Mn city staff, Mayor, Council, and Administrator. Scott Wonderlich is the president of Great River Arts Association and is also a Morrison County Public Defender.  Did he help craft the policies and procedures? Betcha.
