Little Falls Mn 5-5-14 Hanfler doesn't know council rules and has NEVER READ Roberts Rules of Order

Hard to imagine he was elected council president.....real hard to believe.   One of the biggest clowns on council, and since nobody from the west side of town ward 3 ran for office against him, he was gifted that position.  Rotten dirty shame.   One of you folks from the west side, need to challenge him this year. In November he will run for his council position again...please don't hand him this job that pays 900.00 per month for attending 2 council meetings, and 2 work sessions.   That figures out to be over 200.00 per hour.   Surely there is someone who can do a better job and needs that money.  5-5-14
