9-22-16 at approx. 6:53am.  This is disorderly conduct.

9-23-16 Same guy hollers ROBIN out the window of his small dark truck at approx. 6:53am again.
ALL ordinance below,  IS UNDER ARTICLE ll. of the Little Falls city code.












Here is the Minnesota Statute on STALKING....I believe this fits the definition.  I also believe what this guy has been doing most mornings for the last 2 weeks, is disturbing the peace, and harassment.
