Preliminary budget mtg 9-12-16 zoo wants 20k more, parks dept wants 50k more, Mayor Greg Zylka pushing for LOCAL OPTION SALES TAX referendum in 2017, and county atty Brian Middendorf wants retainer from city to prosecute criminal cases.

Little Falls city council ordinance anendments fiasco 9-6-16. Do any of them know what the heck they are doing?  Appears not.
