Little Falls Mn Economic Development Association mtg. 9-19-16.  Attention Jim Hilmerson, you might want to listen starting at 8:30 minutes into this video.  You may be a little steamed after listening. That's Bob Reinitz speaking about your business. He was appointed to the EDA by former Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem.

NOTICE the incumbent for Ward 1 city council and my opponent Loren Boyum, was 12 minutes late. Jim Kleinschmidt with the bandana was about 14 minutes late. Kleinschmidt was appointed by current Mayor Greg Zylka, Boyum may have been also......or else Boyum was Cathy VanRisseghems choice to be on this board.   Either way, it doesn't say much for the incumbent Loren Boyum to show up 12 minutes late.  Says alot.   On top of that, unless he changes his mind, Boyum will not be participating in the candidate forum for Ward 1 that Raquel Lundberg and I willing to be a part of.  Now why on earth would that be?  I think I know.

This meeting was called for the sole purpose of selling 5 city taxpayer owned lots(again with out listing them on the open market in order to get the best offer) for 25K that are valued at 42K.  This committee continues to give big discounts to certain people, rather than advertise city lots on the open market in an attempt to get the best dollar for the taxpayer investment.  Fiscal insanity.
