Roach Developers DesRosier Drive proceed, Kathy Lange and Bill Anderson question it's legality

Kathy Lange questions whether Roachs are violating the law by proceeding without the proper permits and studies, and survey being done first. Bill Anderson shares same concerns.  Thanks to both for alerting the public and their officials to this concern.   This should concern everyone.

At the work session 8-17-15, neighbors Kathy Lange and Bill Anderson expressed concerns during the public forum that there may not be a building permit, new legal survey, or other necessary studies completed yet.

Why is it that citizens questions are not being answered by their elected representatives, city staff 320-616-5500, the public works director Greg Kimman at gkimman@cityoflittlefalls.com, city administrator Dan Vogt at dvogt@cityoflittlefalls.com, OR the zoning administrator Ben Oleson at oleson@hometownplanning.com 888-439-9793 or 320-759-1560 ?  This is NOT HONEST govmint folks.  Flood them with calls and emails...you deserve answers.

They are not the only people concerned about this either. What is needed is for MASS phone calls to all your elected officials, city staff 320-616-5500, the zoning administrator Ben Oleson at    888-439-9793, 320-759-1560 or oleson@hometownplanning.com.  And if that doesn't work, you can call or write to Brian Middendorf 320-632-0190, (Morrison County Attorney),who has enforcement powers over corrupt city government. You should also write letters to the editor at MCRecord, Brainerd, and St. Cloud Times, exposing what's going on. They are Alderman Brad Hircock 329-632-8862 who represents EVERYONE in all wards, councilors Wayne Liljegren 320-632-8873, Jerry Knafla 320-632-3592, and your mayor Greg Zylka 320-232-9336 or gzylka@charter.net . And yet, after tons of you opposed this development with 4plexes not allowed in R1C district and the DesRosier Drive street improvements 373....only one listened, Wayne Liljegren( and that was only late in the process).  Loren Boyum is the ONLY councilor that truly listened AND voted consistently AGAINST it all the way. And he doesn't even represent your district. He's Ward 1, for the southeast side(my district).
