Coborn'$ Liquor..BREAKING THE LAW? .in or out of $ign compliance??

Take a look at all these signs. Coborns Liquor sign on upper right....3 banners ....and 3 pop machines....all with signs. And this is just on the west side of bldg.  Only one side is measured to establish the amount of allowable signage. Photos 7-25-15

Mayor Greg Zylka manages Coborns Superstore. I wonder if Coborns Liquor is within the allowable sign space.

Look....even 2 signs on the ice machine, another banner and the large Coborns Liquor sign on the south facing side of the bldg.

4 large signs affixed to each side and additional signs on at least 2 sides. The picture above is the east facing side.

The picture below is the front side that faces the city owned alley/street that cuts through Coborns Superstore property.
Notice the pop machine has signs on all 3 sides.  There are 3 pop machines and all sides of these count when measuring allowable sign space.

This electronic pole sign is on Coborns Liquor property, as the city owned alley cuts through the Superstore and the Liquor store....they are 2 seperate lots, seperated by the alley. This would almost HAVE to make the liquor store out of compliance with the sign ordinance. See sign below.

This banner was added to the front side of Coborns Liquor after I took the other photos.  See below.  Looks to me like Coborns feels above the law.  Remember, Mayor Greg Zylka manages this store and he knows the sign ordinance.

Look at this communication between the sign enforcer Doug Stewart and Jason Kuboushek, attorney representing the City of Little Falls, Mn. in my free speech lawsuit.

Sure seems like Coborn's Superstore manager Greg Zylka(was a councilor then, now is Mayor) was trying to skirt the sign ordinance in every way possible.
