Different set of laws for councilman

Well, no surprise HERE.   See the post "Dereliction of Duty" for full explanation.  This police department is a total embarrassment to law enforcement.  No wonder the officers don't follow orders from the chief.  They don't have to, and they know it.

They are making a great case to prove selective enforcement in a court of law. Thanks guys! ♡♡♡
