Sister City SHANANIGANS

The committee was looking for a way that the funds could"flow through" the city...in other words....copy what the St. Francis Credit Union did that got them in a world of trouble.  There seems to be much collusion,  if not outright corruption present in local government, the police force, Camp Ripley, the court system, the non-profits, the senior center, not unlike that of Washington,D.C.  These agencies ALL scratch each others backs and cover each others butts, at the expense of many.  We can and should demand better.
