Squirming council...notice their body language. Is their "Jiminy Cricket" bothering them? Do they HAVE a conscience?

Take a look at the body language during the entire time I give my public forum.   What do you think they are thinking?  Pretty obvious to me.   4-6-15 Little Falls City Council work session.   They deserve the title "LAWLESS COUNCIL."  City of clowns.
