Take a look for yourself. Lochner IS(just as I suspicioned) the person responsible for creating this program WITHOUT A POLICY or Donation Contract that should have been created and enacted BEFORE ANY BENCHES were accepted!! The city has not had to buy any park benches....only maintain the ones given to the city. So why on earth does the city staff(Greg Kimman?) believe the parks board should not be required to continue to repair these benches? It sure seems to me we have had multiple, incompetent, consecutive staff in positions they couldn't handle. Cronyism has caused Little Falls to perform below the board in every area. There is a constant need to revise or change ordinances and policies because they didn't get it right the first time. What a crock. This would not be tolerated in the private sector. Why should taxpayers expect less from their publicly funded staff and salaried elected officials?
