I wonder how much more $$$ the Roachs will have to spend now to build duplexes instead of fourplexes.
I also wonder if Bruce Smith and his brother Byron, will build the rental units for profit, after the Roachs build theirs. Don't you?

DeRosier Drive neighbors SUCCESS !!!! Roachs will have to cough up more $$$ to build their affordable housing.
