All I can say is, just exactly what I said in my public forum at the 4-4-16 city of Little Falls council work session, prior to Col. $t. $auvers presentation...."It takes alot of gall for Col. St. Sauver to present his 2016 economic impact, environmental briefing and bombing schedule, all while being in VIOLATION OF THE VERY LAWS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT OUR ENVIRONMENT."

Terry Lehrke, the author of this article, has current military in her immediate family( I believe). Again, the taxpayers who fund the publishing of this kind of below the board journalism, lose in every way. She conveniently leaves out the fact that Camp Ripley has been in full violation of the 2 Morrison County REQUIRED demolition permits. Can you figure out why she left this critical piece of public information out? I can. About 20K is paid to the Morrison County Record from the City of Little Falls for publishing public notices, and in return the Record becomes the official newspaper, supposedly to keep the public informed as to what happens at council meetings. Morrison County pays more....something like 28k or more for the same thing. So city and county are in bed with Morrison County Record. Morrison County and city of Little Falls taxpayers deserve fair/accurate/unbiased reporting. We don't get it though.

A lawsuit has been filed against Camp Ripley, because they never applied for 2 demolition permits on January 1, 2016, but have for the last 12 years.

Is Camp Ripley the next SUPERFUND SITE? Maybe. Time will tell.

I bet St. Sauver will give this same presentation to the Morrison County Commissioners at this weeks meeting. Betcha anything. That ought to be interesting. I wonder if any of the commissioners will have the courage to confront him directly, face to face, as to why they are out of compliance.

BREAKING NEWS ALERT ☆☆UPDATED☆☆☆..Craig Van Brickey hearing/sentencing 4-6-16

Earlier today I attended the hearing and sentencing of Craig Van Brickey, for 4th degree damage to my property on Christmas Day 2015, (at my legal antiwar seasonal display at Veterans Memorial Park, Little Falls, Mn.) He bent a pole and wrecked my sign that read "Who would Jesus bomb". I will soon post the sentencing requirements and all that he agreed to in his plea agreement. I am awaiting an email from Amber Kusler from the Morrison County attorneys office, so I get all the facts accurate.

I asked to be allowed to sit in the witness stand so I could face Craig while giving my victim statement. My words to him were "So Craig, who WOULD Jesus bomb?" Then he asked "what?" ...so I repeated those words again, and before his attorney could stop him he answered "no one." I was glad he said that.

I am happy to report that Craig apologized for what he did, in his closing comments to Judge Anderson. He also willingly accepted my handshake offer in the hallway after the hearing. I told his attorney I appreciated Craigs apolog

I appreciate the work of Amber Kusler and am satisfied with the outcome. I hope this will begin a new chapter in Craigs life. I feel that I received justice. Thank you to Craigs attorney as well.

An eyewitness told me.......on 4-4-16.....

Look closely at his face as he and his friend pass by the window of my van and then he stands behind my van to jump on the hood of my other van which was parked right behind the one with the camera inside it. You can clearly see the bottom of his shoes as he jumps on it. I was told yesterday by an eyewitness, that they had provided the name of this guy, to LFPD Officer Derrick Nagorski, as the guy who did this. I was also provided a picture of this guy, from this same eyewitness.

I gave the name of this guy, to Officer David Stevenson and Officer Craig Seelen yesterday 4-4-16, to give this information to Officer Derrick Nagorski(as Nagorski works nights). I wonder if it will be investigated properly now? The police department was given a copy of this video last year(by me) so they could investigate and charge the person who did this. Nothing ever came of it. If I remember correctly, when the video was returned to me, I was told they could not identify the person who jumped on the hood of my van. I wonder if they had already been provided this guys name (by the same eyewitness, who gave me his name yesterday) when they returned the video to me.

It is no secret, that I have questions about the lack of proper investigations/prosecutions in many past death/terroristic threats/crimes against me...too numerous to count.

Sure looks like the same guy to me....but what do I know...only what I am informed of or suspicion.....in this case...it is both.

Remember there's a $500.00 reward for the identification, prosecution of the criminals who stole 6 flags and bent 6 poles at my seasonal display at Veterans Memorial Park, back in early December 2015. And here's the link to the Brainerd Dispatch article, that CLEARLY STATES, LOREN BOYUM is a former Camp Ripley EMPLOYEE. Did the Dispatch get it wrong? and if so, where's the correction? When I showed Boyum the article on my smartphone, he said they got it wrong. Why didn't he ask for a correction then? Or did he? Remember, this is MY representative on council that voted against MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. There were many others too. I don't know about anybody else, but I find it really difficult to believe ANYONE who violates the US Constitution, AND VIOLATES ANYONES CIVIL RIGHTS, OR TREATS OTHERS DIFFERENTLY, BASED ON pure bias bull$hit. Col. St. Sauvers Camp Ripley 2016 economic impact statement, environmental briefing and bombing schedule. Train shipments of heavy equipment shipped to California mentioned.

From May 14-23, a train will leave Camp Ripley every day, headed to California where 5,000 soldiers will perform military exercises and training. Each train will have 47-50 railcars loaded with most of their heavy equipment. St. Sauver says it's a very important exercise for us in moving that large and heavy equipment, with the current environment we're in. Then from July 7-17 all that equipment will be shipped back into Camp Ripley.

He also says that a bunch of Mankato Guards will be deployed in July to the Sinai.

More of our mothers children to go kill some other mothers children. Sick. Perverted. I wanna puke.

And just to clarify for anyone that notices....I will NOT be saluting the ameriKan flag, or saying the Pledge of Allegiance at council meetings. Reason.....it is meaningless around a group of so called "leaders" who show NO respect for the Constitution and principles it represents. "One Nation Under God" is part of the pledge, but when I was young it was waaaaay more appropriate....."One Nation Indivisible, with LIBERTY and JUSTICE for ALL."....This group has NO UNDERSTANDING OF that pledge...or the one they recite before every meeting. Countless examples, can I cite, where plenty of others, have been treated DIFFERENTLY, than their preferred "ones." But nobody has ever received even close to the level of constant bias and different treatment than I. Why....because they don't like the content of my SPEECH. They never have.

And where are all the other "concerned citizens".....gone.....nobody showed again tonight except myself. Why is that?

City/county joint meeting 4-4-16

Col. St. Sauver will present the 2016 economic impact and ENVIRONMENTAL BRIEFING when some or all of the county commissioners may stick around for the council meeting. Takes alot of guts to speak about the environment at Camp Ripley, when Camp Ripley is CURRENTLY IN VIOLATION OF THE LOCAL LAWS that PROTECT the environment. A lawsuit has recently been filed against Camp Ripley, I believe, for their failure to secure 2 REQUIRED Morrison County Demolition Permits. I notice instead of an environmental statement(as in years past)....this year it is titled an environmental BRIEFING. Wonder why the change. Better show up for this fireworks filled event. Never know what might happen. You wouldn't want to miss.

oh oh..UPDATED CRITICAL INFO these are illegal in the road right of way

Today 4-7-16 I noticed in the police reports I receive every week from the LFPD, that NO REPORT WAS MADE ON THE 5 ILLEGAL sandwich board signs owned and or place by SPROUT. (Unless I missed it....but I went over all reports twice and saved it for proof) Surprise surprise....can you figure out why they didn't publish those ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS of ILLEGAL signs in the road right of way? I can. Because obviously they "like"the violators and "like"the content of "their" signs. More SELECTIVE Law ENFORCEMENT. Why does this matter? Because if they are dishonest with this issue, you can bet your bottom $$$, they are dishonest in other matters to. And THAT should matter to EVERYONE.

Imagine...this close to helicopter landing pad in front of St Gabriels Hospital, not even secured down.....but still allowed by hospital staff. Shame on them. The hospital staff can't be too worried about windgusts or turbulance from an incoming helicopter ambulance right? Oh, thats only if the signs are PRO PEACE/ANTIWAR right?

WHY AREN'T OUR LITTLE FALLS POLICE OFFICERS doing their JOB, as mandated by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety? They are charged with this duty, to identify, confiscate ALL road right of way signs within city limits, as they are a ROAD HAZARD, AND DISTRACT DRIVERS, CREATING A POTENTIAL TRAFFIC HAZARD.

How long do you think it would take the cops to find, confiscate and issue a CITATION to me, if it were my antiwar, or any other type of sign(let alone 6 on a given day as was the case for Sprout)? I think you are all smart enough to know the answer to that question.

See what's going on in Morrison County, is SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT of laws!!!! Which just so happens to be ILLEGAL.

I will continue to be the sign police, until the city police officers start doing THEIR JOB. Promise. And I will happily publicize all that I discover.

Really? This close to helo pad and stop sign?

Sometime between 12:30pm and 1:15pm this sign was moved EVEN CLOSER to the helopad. It is totally unsecured.

LFPD called at 1:45pm to report all these illegal road right of way signs, AND the DANGEROUS UNSECURED one by helopad. Let's see how long it takes them to respond.

Bank square. Hwy 27 and First St. At 4:28pm I spoke with Tammi Strunk, of US Bank downtown, and nobody at the bank gave permission to Sprout to place the sign on the sidewalk in front of the bank. She would have had to grant permission, as she is the bank manager. Wow, really gutsy of Sprout team to do this illegal act.

In the video I mention Susie Prosapio, I am not sure if she is associated with Sprout, but instead she is the founder or one of the founders of The Purple Carrot, the health food co-op soon to launch here in town. It is Carol Anderson of the Morrison County Economic Development has great knowledge of Sprout and told about the $100,000.00 grant they received. I am not sure who is involved with Sprout, and who the mystery lady(slender, blonde with curly hair in a white unmarked van with a light on top of it) at about 2:30pm on 4-1-16.

Intersection of 13th Ave NE and,Haven Road.....GREG KIMMAN PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR and BEN OLESON zoning administrator were both caught on camera picking up this sign and hauling it back to city hall in a red city of Little Falls pickup truck. AND NOTICE ALL THE OTHER SIGNS IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK WHEN BEN OLESON LOADS THE ONE FROM THIS LOCATION INTO THE BACK. WHY ON EARTH ARE 2 OF THE HIGHEST PAID CITY STAFF PERFORMING THIS JOB, THAT OTHER LESSER PAID STAFF COULD PERFORM? All on your nickel. Shame on Sprout, Mayor Greg Zylka, the person/persons who put up these signs and the city of Little Falls. Sprout has received THOUSANDS OF dollars in GRANTS, and this post should embarrass the heck out of all of them. Oh, but they don't think the laws apply to THEM.

When I asked him why he picked it up, he said it was on the road right of way and they were told about this sign so they picked it up.

Guess I was right about every single sign posing a danger being in the road right of way, or too close to helicopter landing pad. And the one on the sidewalk in front of US Bank must not have been legal either....otherwise why were they ALL removed, shortly after my call to LFPD AND posting this blog.

Pretty obvious this IS in the road right of way.

I wonder if into the future, we will ever see these same signs with a different message on public right of way? Seems my blog may be pretty darn effective.

CRUELLA DE VILLE~the latest on her puppy mill~

Cuellas(Wanda Kretzman) USDA license was willingly surrendered/cancelled on March 9, 2016 and the very same day, her daughter in law( Angie McDuffee, Ryans wife), was licensed to operate Clearwater Kennel under the title AJ's Angels. Just 2 days after (March 11,2016) a settlement agreement was reached between Wanda and the USDA. How convenient.

Angie has been an employee of Wanda and Gary for many years.

I think anyone associated with, working for, or operating a business that imprisons breeding companion animals in very tight cages where trapped dogs can barely turn around and must often stand in their own feces, creating suffering and misery for a lifetime, is detestable. This is FLAT OUT ANIMAL SLAVERY.....DOG SEX TRAFFICKING, in my book. Cruel and mean-$pirited are describe these despicable characters..... in my opinion.

Also interesting, is that the McDuffees(Gary, Jason, Ryan, and Wanda Kretzman{Garys former wife} own the Main Gate Bar and Grille, across from Camp Ripley main gate.

I wonder how "angelic" Angies treatment/management of the imprisoned dog sex slaves will be? I wonder how much "INFLUENCE" Cruella will continue to have, over decisions made at Clearwater Kennel concentration camp for pooches????
