These 2 cases are prime examples as to what can and should happen when groups, businesses or governmental agencies discriminate.
Lawsuits get filed.
Attorney General argues the case. (With assistance from Mn ACLU and other legal groups.) And they will win.
This is what can happen when a city administrator refuses to "do the right thing," (while touting that phrase at the bottom of their emails).
This is what can happen when a mayor/ or council president discriminates.
Especially when there's irrefutable evidence.
