SEH firm(Greg Kimman's former employer) paid 2K for LFARC development plan

Now why is this important? Because former Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem stated on more than one occassion, that the city should give the job of developing a plan for the proposed Little Falls Area Recreational Complex(ballfields, splashpad, splashpad, and more) to SEH firm that Greg was employed with, at the time he made this plan.

 VanRisseghem bragged about how his firm was discounting this fee by thousands of dollars.

Of course, after Greg was given the position of Public Works Director, right after this(alleged) donation was made, the city has NO recollection of this.  Lori Kasella has stated that Cathy may have made this claim, but that doesn't mean anything.  I asked to see the donation filing by SEH, but there is none.  Other firms, that gave free labor or hauling services, filled out a donation slip with the city. When I find the video of when Cathy made these claims I will post them.
