Frank Gosiak, the preacherman???? Hanfler and Kris Schilling get a bang out of this.  Kris turns to Gabby Landsverk, McRecord reporter and says "Don't print that in the paper."

Notice that Greg Kimman admits that "back into angled parking" is safer, but he doesn't believe the city will choose this type of downtown parking.  Of course not, this is the "city of clowns."  That suggestion is right out of "Complete Streets" and "Road Diet," recommended by MnDot.
