ELECTION 2016 TIDBITS TO REMEMBER 12-19-15

The following are facts. You decide if these guys deserve your vote in 2016 or 2018 when they run for mayor or council again.

Here is who on the current council voted AGAINST my constitutional right to have an advertising bench on city hall property. (in other words, this is the list who voted ILLEGALLY)

1. Current Mayor Greg Zylka (up for election 2018)
2. Councilor Loren Boyum Ward 1 Southeast side
3. Council President Jeremy Hanfler (Ward 3 west side and up for election 2016)
4. Councilor Frank Gosiak Ward 3 west side(up for election 2018) (former mayor Cathy VanRisseghems brother)


Now here is who voted AGAINST my constitutional right to have my current seasonal display on city park property. (In other words, they voted ILLEGALLY.)

1. Councilor Loren Boyum
2. Alderman Brad Hircock represents all wards and up for re-election in 2018 (Coborns Pharmacy manager and Mayor Greg Zylka is his boss.) 
 

Remember ALL the councilors(Leif Hanson, Jeremy Hanfler, Greg Zylka, Gerald Knafla, Wayne Liljegren, Frank Gosiak and Brad Hircock), except Loren Boyum(he was absent, but likely would have voted to deny also), voted to DENY my permanent display on city property. If it turns out that vote violated my right to feee speech, you know who is guilty.

These are the councilors that voted FOR the roach development, that may have been illegal....time will tell, the lawsuit will be heard shortly at Morrison County Courthouse.

So far, in my opinion Wayne Liljegren (Ward 2) is the only one who has voted consistently with the law and the constitution(but that's only IF council DIDN'T violate my right to free speech on either the seasonal or temporary display request I made).

Normally, I do not publish anonymous or fake name comments on my blog. The way I figure is, if people don't have the courage to write with their real name, identifying themselves with their speech, it doesn't warrant publishing. However there is content in one recent post(unpublished) that warrants attention. I believe the anonymous un-ameriKan fascist writer expressses the feelings of many locals and perhaps even councilors, mayor, city staff, the official newspaper, the local radio station and attorneys working for the city.

I think majority of this community agrees with that statement. Anyone that does, can be fairly labeled as un-ameriKan and fascist. Mr. Anonymous you're in alignment with (former council president Don Klinker) Stinker Klinkers "we don't have to listen to you" fascist response to Theresa Skorseths insistence they allow her to speak when her name and item for consideration was on the council agenda May 20,2013. The issue she wanted addressed was the ILLEGAL public funding of the Little Falls Sister City ordinance and committee. Misuse of public funds is CRIMINAL. Later the official Little Falls Sister City,  was DELETED, after Toni Wetzel city atty warned them it was very possibly illegal to use public funds to favor/entertain 25 FOREIGN TOURISTS FROM FRANCE. Klinker allowed president of former Little Falls Sister City committee, Melissa Peterson, 12+ minutes to speak about their poofy party need to grab these public funds, because they didn't want to hear what Theresa had to say.  Now THAT'$  FASCIST SPEECH if I ever heard it.

Truth is, this opportunity hoarding group of advantage takers should have been founded as a private non profit. They should have always fundraised every damn dime, just like the LeBourger sister city delegation does. They're too lazy here. Bunch of leeches on taxpayers money. The city can still be sued in a class action lawsuit for misusing public funds. I have all the proof. Tens of THOUSANDS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS over several DECADES was flushed right down the toilet. Look at my blogs on here about sister city and golf course advisory ordinance that operated ILLEGALLY for 27 years+. Are you getting the picture yet?

I believe Rachel Bollin was the driver.  This film was made at 7:56 pm, right after I discovered somebody had illegally trespassed and stolen my British flag off my tree on my front yard property. The black SUV that these scoundrels circled my property and drove in front of the hospital numerous times, surveilling my property, is the same one that Brittney and Breeanna Harnack were passengers in last fall when they disturbed the public peace and sure seemed like disorderly conduct to me, out front of my house.  (I video taped that event too....middle video) The movie is on this blog, on a seperate post from last fall.  A gun was fired out the window of the vehicle, in very close proximity to the hospital.  There is, I believe, a clear pattern of harassment and stalking. And I am pretty sure one of the Harnacks accompanied a male to steal a flag right off my front porch in 2013, hair and gait looks the same....another unsolved crime against me. I have asked the LFPD open up this unsolved crime to connect the dots.

City council meeting 12-21-15 come one, come all

Just a heads up to all who intend to attend Monday nights council meeting 12-21-15.....the work session where the public is allowed to give a 3 minute public forum begins promptly at 6 Pm.  I will be posting interesting tidbits from the council packet that comes online on the city website by 2pm the Friday before council meetings. Look for them on Friday late afternoon or evening sometime.  Hope the council chamber is FULL TO CAPACITY.  Instead of griping....get your butts to council meetings on a regular basis so you know what'$ REALLY GOING ON.  Make your voice heard. This has been a 5 year pattern, since fall 2011.  Whoever did this has no respect for law, property rights, the Constitution or common decency. The bottom video is from yesterday 12-14-15 BEFORE it was vandalized.  I think the thieves ASSUMED I wasn't running surveillance cameras.  Probably wise to assume NOTHING.

Christmas lights/signs☆☆☆

There seems to be confusion out there about Christmas displays and what is legal in Little Falls. Only signage is regulated. Lights and other outdoor decor are not regulated. But if you have words or letters with your display, those you will have to be measured and have no more than sign ordinance allows. Check city website for details or call 320-616-5500.

 Lighted signs are not allowed in residental districts but a holiday temporary permit can be applied for at city hall. The permits are free and allow lighted signs to be up for 45 days max. One permit per year.

 Residential districts are allowed 16 sq ft of signage for each lot or residence. No sign can exceed 8 sq ft and they can't be higher than 4ft.

But you can mount signs on a building high as you wish but not on roof line.  As long as your building is at least 5 ft in from the lot line.

You must place signs 5 ft back from lot line. No limit on how many signs you can have, just size.

 Flags can be placed on lot line and each residence or lot can have 50 sq ft of flags. Hope this is helpful. Happy Holidays.♡♡♡♡

And if you are going to quote old testament, in reference to war, then don't consider yourself a Christian.  The old testament is what the Jews follow....the Torah.  If you truly follow Christ, you can in no way advocate or be pro-violence of any type.  Even the death penalty.  So which is it Morrison County/Little Falls.....are you pro-life or NOT?  Eternal war is the biggest pro-life issue of all....isn't it?

Just to clear things up.....I really admire the Christmas lights display the Lions puts on every year.  They are lovely. Who wouldn't like them?

The problem is, the city allows some, but not others, to display and share their message with the community. Frankly, this just isn't right. I want everyone to be able to be accommodated, not just the Lions. 

I am mad that the city would rather destroy all speech, than allow speech they don't like....namely mine.

Limits could be fairly established - limit displays to certain parks, have a short application period, do it first-come-first-served or better yet, put all applications in a hat and draw.  With an outside agency doing the drawing.  Say there can be 20 displays in parks, no more. 

Clearly the decision by City Attorney Toni Wetzel,  advising a ban on ALL future seasonal displays, was based on the request of one single citizen..... ME.

I wonder how many more  seasonal displays the city has received so far?
