At the work session 8-17-15, neighbors Kathy Lange and Bill Anderson expressed concerns during the public forum that there may not be a building permit, new legal survey, or other necessary studies completed yet.

They are not the only people concerned about this either. What is needed is for MASS phone calls to all your elected officials, city staff 320-616-5500, the zoning administrator Ben Oleson at    888-439-9793, 320-759-1560 or oleson@hometownplanning.com.  And if that doesn't work, you can call or write to Brian Middendorf 320-632-0190, (Morrison County Attorney),who has enforcement powers over corrupt city government. You should also write letters to the editor at MCRecord, Brainerd, and St. Cloud Times, exposing what's going on. They are Alderman Brad Hircock 329-632-8862 who represents EVERYONE in all wards, councilors Wayne Liljegren 320-632-8873, Jerry Knafla 320-632-3592, and your mayor Greg Zylka 320-232-9336 or gzylka@charter.net . And yet, after tons of you opposed this development with 4plexes not allowed in R1C district and the DesRosier Drive street improvements 373....only one listened, Wayne Liljegren( and that was only late in the process).  Loren Boyum is the ONLY councilor that truly listened AND voted consistently AGAINST it all the way. And he doesn't even represent your district. He's Ward 1, for the southeast side(my district).

I called on 8-17-15 and spoke with Kathy Barthel police dispatcher (who is herself a repeat violator of the sign ordinance), to ask if the daily reports had been removed from online. She stated Chief Schirmers made a decision to remove them but didn't answer why.

 Do you suppose these 2 comments I made on McRecord to tmac have anything to do with Chief Schirmers decision to remove the daily police reports from LFPD website?

I do.

 I left a message on Schirmers voicemail asking why.  I also emailed City Administrator Dan Vogt, Mayor Greg Zylka, and Councilor Leif Hanson 8-17-15, why that decision was made. I let them know this appears suspicious....especially immediately following my incident report on Officer Rick Heurung(who already committed police misconduct) for turning a blind eye to Alderman Brad Hircocks ILLEGAL garage sale signs, that were affixed to streetsigns in the road right of way.  Heurung also disobeyed his chiefs orders to take all road right of way signs to the police garage.

The public should be alarmed the chief made this decision. Or was he following the mayors  direction????

Lack of transparency reeks of corruption.

I wonder where were any signs that read "We support Valley View Kennel"????    Nobody was holding one sign like that.  Can you guess why not?   Many angry drivers of vehicles purposely swerved to try hit us, and much profanity was shouted out the windows at the peaceful protestors.   It is a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, to shout profanities at someone, whether in a car, or not.

Just as I thought, Dan Vogt is NOT retiring/stepping down from his part time contracted city administrator position with Cross Lake, Mn.  No surprise here.

So it's pretty clear Little Falls is not happy with his performance.  Or else....Little Falls council and mayor think it'$ long overdue to have a fulltime city administrator.

Which is it?

Now the next question is how long Ben Oleson(contracted  part time zoning administor will last.

This info is from a data request I made 2 months ago, and I just got them this week( first week August,2015). You will recall city staff(which staff remains a mystery) screwed up and did not publish the necessary public hearing notices on time.....so city had to re-publish and this error cost the taxpayers.

I believe at least 4 of these( for close to 400$ total, had to be republished.....ALL ON YOUR NICKEL.   

I bet the staff (or contracted zoning official) that made the error, never even got a verbal reprimand.

Just before I started recording this from my tv 8-6-15 Major John Donovan referred to Camp Ripleys bombing blasts, as the "sound of FREEDOM."

 I almost barfed.

 He is the same smoothe talkin war machine frontman, that told me in a private meeting at Perkins(he said no other people should accompany me) in 2012, before one of 2  antiwar protests I called at Camp Ripley.......that I was a "bully" by hosting protests in front of Ripley.  Ya right.  They have all the tanks, guns and are making war around the world, but I am the bully. Truth is I SPEAK truth to POWER and they can't handle it!!   I am just an old disabled granny, but I possess courage.

 Who do they think they're kidding?

Only the brainwashed local warmongering, military $$$ dependent sheeple would believe that.

Listen as they promote the Open House as a po$itive event for the community.  By their own admission, years earlier, this event is a recruitment/ retention activity.

Little Falls city council 8-3-15

I almost fell over when Councilor Frank Gosiak lets the public know at 1hr 6 minutes (of the council meeting), that I asked the city years ago, to filter toxins and sediments from all the stormwater ditches, creeks and any water that enters the Mississippi within city limits. (Especially concerning is the drainage ditch that runs through the Industrial Park on the northwest side of Little Falls and dumps right into the Mississippi, owned by Morrison County but city has a permanent easement and is responsible for its maintenance.) 8-3-15 Little Falls, Mn.

 Interesting to note, also, that the city council can decide who to hire for some services, without letting out for bids.  We can expect ALOT of backscratching between Greg Kimman and his former employer SEH.

The city is facing MILLIONS of $$$ in upgrades to our water plant and also our wastewater treatment plant.

 How many more sweetheart deals will they get from Greg?  Whatever happened to Widseth, Smith and Nolting? City used to hire them alot.

All these improvements are at the same time(in the next few years) that Broadway Avenue(highway 27 downtown businesses will likely have to pay for new sidewalks and curb assessments (2018ish)after city replaces all the pipes under Broadway Avenue and MnDot resurfaces a good stretch of Broadway.

  Where will all this money come from? Council has some tough decisions to make.

8-3-15 Little Falls Minnesota city council work session.   Robin Hensel public forum, Sister City of Little Falls has never discussed PEACE.....EVER. This was the goal of Dwight D. Eisenhower.  Little Falls should be ashamed that it is not the state capitol of PEACE, since we are the Morrison county seat, and such close proximity to Camp Ripley, the largest military training base in the Midwest. Why aren't we displaying our desires to keep our troops out of harms way, by promoting peace?

They are in BED with the city of Little Falls.  This is from a data request I made on June 2, 2015.  Took Lori Kasella 2 MONTHS to get this to me. What a slouch.  And she'$ the highest paid staff in the front office. It'$ your money people.  Regime change of head staff city hall now, including the mayors wife Wendy Zylka. Both are less than stellar at their high paid positions.

DesRosier Drive neighborhood

This is what'$ coming soon to your neighborhood.  These pictures taken 7-31-15 on the outskirts of Pierz,Mn......where they SHOULD be. These are the fourplexes that are likely built by Roach Developers and will look very similar, if not IDENTICAL to those to be built on DesRosier Drive. I think they look like an office complex or a strip mall.

The fourplexes by the Royalton splashpad look very similar.

PUBLIC funds $$$ WASTED

Take a look at the latest FOOLISH idea....city spent close to $400.00 for these flowers and the areas they are planted in, are once again full of weeds.  This $$ does NOT INCLUDE city staff time to plant them either....which I am sure was HUNDREDS MORE.  Flowers cannot thrive planted next to a large tree, that will sap all the moisture.  This was a very poor idea.  Why on earth can't the people in charge of public monies think better? I even tried to help them, by telling them that the trees needed the water and IF flowers were going to be planted downtown, they needed better soil and daily watering.  Come on business community...this doesn't enhance the downtown landscape. Welcome non-profits UPDATED 7-28-15....IMPORTANT

I have been informed that this sign is allowable, due to an exception in Minnesota State Statute 173.08   That statute allows service club and religious notices, as well as temporary signs placed by auctioneers under section 169.07  This is very important, as I am an ordained pastor.

In an 7-10-15 email to me, from Rich Munch of MnDOT, I was informed that this sign has no permit.

.   No wonder when I complained in writing to the zoning administrator, numerous times, they never investigated my complaint.

Why this matters, is that I wish to call an action in this location, and need help to determine where the state road right of way ends.
