Listen at 36 minutes in where Mayor Greg Zylka lies and says work sessions were never videorecorded. That's just not true. Frank Gosiak sat silently, although he knows full well Zylka was lying. He was on council when it was videorecorded. Lori Kasella is fully aware of this as well, as she has been employed by city for DECADES and was the former co-city administrator. They were videorecorded beginning in 2007 and stopped being videorecorded in 2010 or 2011. Former Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem suggested stopping videorecording, and council accommodated.
And why shouldn't the public be able to watch live work session meetings, as well as council. Taxpayers pay their salary and taxpayers bought the new videorecording equipment. Taxpayers should be able to monitor their performance while they are performing their jobs representing their constituents. Right?? Just what are they hiding? Notice how Zylka says tgere would be a lot of cons anout allowing viewers to see their live work sessions. Hircocks argument of "people can attend the work sessions if they want" flies in the face of good judgement AND full transparency. Why only livebroadcast part of their meetings? The real nitty gritty work during the meeting BEFORE council meeting, is MORE important than council meeting itself. There's absolutely no reason the residents shouldn't be able to view all meetings from the comfort of their own homes.
And who is it that made the technical errors in the minutes that Raquel Lundberg caught? Wendy Zylka, of course.....the mayors wife....so when the mayor says he called the errors in earlier to get them corrected, he could just as well say " I called my wife to tell her to correct her mistakes."
The sign discussion was interesting. I am paying attention.
And since council did not require food and liquor vendors to pay a fee to sell their products at the "Big Dig" large scale events, now technically the Chamber can't legitimately charge food/beverage vendors a fee to sell their products during the craft show. City's going to get their can in hot water legally again,because of this "pick and choose" mentality they have. Just wait til some vendors find out they've been treated differently than other vendors.
If this isn't political influence, I don't know what is.
I couldn't be there to film what kind of new "EVIL" General Lowell Kruse, the National Guard Red Bull Unit leaders and all other military unit leaders who train at Camp Ripley, have conjured up to seduce the next generation of war criminals to commit. But the city recorded it.....see below....

3-27-19 video. Ben Oleson, zoning administrator for Little Falls, Mn, are you paying attention. Why hasn't the city REQUIRED the electronic sign to be removed? Outdoor electronic signs are not allowable in the B2 Central Business District.
Notice how Crow Wing County administrator steps in to save Crow Wing County Commissioner Paul Koering after he suggests that if drug addicts die, that solves a monetary problem for the county. He should not hold public office. I hope the Crow Wing voters vote this bum out when he is up for re-election.
Koering said "I don't know why we're in such a big hurry to save somebody like this. I guess it sounds kind of harsh, but it kind of gets rid of a problem, in my mind."
Then mind reader Houle puts words in Koerings' mouth, "I think what Commissioner Koering is meaning to say is that when looking for allocation of resources, we should consider the best way to preserve life and maintain the quality of life in CWC simultaneously."
Near miss when construction materials for St.Gabriels Hospital expansion were delivered today 3-26-19. City of Little Falls should have a LFPD officer present stopping traffic before there's an accident. I am requesting this of my ward 1 councilors, Jon Radermacher city admin, Mayor Greg Zylka and Brad Hircock my alderman. I will alert Tracy from the hospital as well.

I hope after moderating the last Legislative Update for Kresha and Gazelka, you will write a similar letter in the McRecord. After hearing Little Falls city administrator Jon Radermacher, tell of our worker shortage, you of all Chamber leaders, know this shortage is stifling our economic growth.
Interesting piece of city owned equipment. This can be utilized for residents to call in to give their public forum comments to council from home, if they cannot attend the work session meeting for any reason. Right? Why wouldn't they allow this? There is really no excuse now. Picture taken 3-21-19 in the conference room at city hall.
There was no library meeting yesterday 3-21-19 because 4 people appointed by Mayor Greg Zylka chose not to show up. Charlie Peterka has only attended one meeting since he was appointed and Frank Gosiak missed an entire year of library meetings while his sister, former Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem, was in office. This is pathetic. Why do you suppose the mayor appointed Charlie Peterka anyway? Cuz he is his buddy? Golfing, socializing and more. Betcha.
If people that are appointed don't show up, they should be eliminated from these committees.
The last time a library board meeting was held was held was May of 2018..... a YEAR AGO.
A step in the right direction, would be to apologize to any and all individuals, including me, who have been wronged, had their rights violated in any way, or been treated badly by any or all of you. Don't you agree an apology is long overdue?
The second step would be to be completely transparent in everything you do. Sunlight kills corruption/cronyism.

The above audio is of Lori Kasella, finance director, instructing an attendee to have a seat in the people corral, and Jon Radermacher, city administrator, telling them that the cow stancions dividing the people corral from the dais area, is "there for a reason."
Greg Zylka and Frank Gosiak will remember, Theresa Skorseth and I drove up to Detroit Lakes, Mn for the Green Step Cities presentation in 2012 or 2013, filmed it, and then after initial rejection, were finally allowed to be on the agenda to present this great program so the city would consider joining. None of the council, mayor or city staff attended that meeting, even though they were invited. Only Theresa and I cared enough to attend.(it was open to the public).
6 years the city should have been conserving energy. But because it was Theresa and I presenting, the city ignored the request. Not very smart or fair. The community lost out because of their bias. As usual.
Now because somebody else is presenting, the city will pass this. Jon Radermacher will pick committee members. I wonder if he will ask either of the 2 people in the whole city who cared most about this program.
See it's on their agenda to adopt.

The local far right wing radicalized Teaparty Patriots(morphed from the John Birch Society) residents will buy just about anything that traveling charlatans are selling......as long as it looks or smells like the babble originating from hate/extremist group Center for Security Policy(or anything similar).

My videos on the wk sess and council meetings are blackened because I was not in attendance but wanted the public to hear all the crap that these rightwing radicalized wack jobs spewed. The Central Minnesota Teaparty Patriots were out in force to influence the council against voting for an effort to combat climate change and save energy/money for the city and all it's future taxpayers. Ron Branstner spoke here on Agenda 21 a few years back and I am quite sure most of these fools attended.
