This will lead to price fixing and market manipulation, very close to how a cartel operates, if allowed. Consumers get screwed. Not a good deal. Locally, Little Falls local public access tv(great river tv) may be affected negatively by this merger. Currently the city of Little Falls, Mn has no (MANDATORY) Franchise Agreement with Spectrum. A violation of federal law....the Cable Communications Act of 1984.
