Dear Mayor Zylka,
Remember when you gave me the song and dance that you had to have prior authorization from the city council, BEFORE you made any NEW proclamations, after I asked you to proclaim September 21st Little Falls Peace Day(like countless mayors and governors all over the country did)? You gave as your reason for not proclaiming that very important day, that you would want to get the councils approval first, since it was a brand new idea. Well, so is TOASTMASTERS.....and so was the proclamation of the Appreciation for Franciscan Sisters week.
This proves to everyone, that you just did not want to proclaim Peace Day in Little Falls. Your excuse/reason, was NOT TRUE. Which makes you a LIAR. Remember that when you go vote in November 2018 for Mayor. What kind of person mayor doesn't want to proclaim PEACE in a city 7 miles from the largest live fire military training base in the Midwest. Answer: a hypocrite who cares not about our soldiers.
