ONCE AGAIN the use of unfettered discretion by committees and council gets city embroiled in ANOTHER lawsuit.
I think it MATTERS GREATLY that city violates the zoning ordinance by allowing multi-family housing in an R1C(1+2family) zoning district.
Should we trust the city attorney Toni Wetzel? Or League of Mn Cities BIG DOG lawyers, when they advised passing unconstitutional sign ordinances and amendments? I wouldn't.
