Burnet Realty gutsy blatant lawbreakers

Picture taken 5:30pm 11-2-15....there was another identical flag and Burnet realty sign close to the stop sign and in the road right of way at the intersection of 1st St. SE and 5th Ave. SE.  The LFPD turned a blind eye to both all 4 of these R.O.W. ILLEGAL SIGNS AND FLAGS.   This is easy enough for a 1st grader to spot, but not your inept law enforcement.  Shame on the realtor that endangered traffic by placing these against MnDot AND the city sign ordinance. Can't fool me, that they did not know they were violating the law. This sign was placed along  a state highway, but Little Falls has jurisdiction on ROWs within city limits. All of these were along the MAIN roads. More, obvious SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT.
