Zion Lutheran's pop can cage..FINALLY REMOVED 11-1-18. from the road right of way.
Councilor Gerald Knafla's church is getting by with their illegally placed pop can cage in the public right of way .....because of selective law enforcement.picture below taken 11-1-18 finally after 2 months removed. This is the epitome of selective enforcement.
