Free speach isn't protected when the item is obsene or vulgar. Plus the sign was right across the street from a daycare.
ReplyDeleteOh yes it is protected. You don't know the Constitution very well. Remember the jacket that said Fuck The Draft. That was free speech. I don't usually publish anonymous posts(why don't you claim your speech?) but I wanted the public to see your ridiculous assertion.
