Above is the full WILD video of the Duluth council meeting. Notice, the mayor and council kept their cool, but passed the funding for over 80k to equip the Duluth Police Department with riot gear, that the protestors clearly did not want. Who wants militarized police departments? Only those who would live to wield their power, or abuse it.
