This is a historic property and so all the rules listed below for historic property applied until July 2, 2013.  Now the downtown business districts are all B2...that's how the city of Little Falls skirted their own sign law

Little Falls needs desperately to delete the sign ordinance, before another legal challenge is mounted.

GRACE COVENANT CHURCH...Councilor Loren Boyums church...not sign ordinance compliant until just recently.

Loren Boyum should be ashamed of himself.   He stated under oath during depositions that he had read the sign ordinance.  Really???   Why then, did he not ask if his churchs signs were properly permitted under the new sign ordinance.   Maybe he didn't care or worse yet, didn't have the smarts to know to check.

Another Jerry Lochner "after the fact" correction of a Little Falls legal blunder....oops

Ask yourself why on earth Jerry Lochner, former public works director would have signed this sign permit in his personal capacity and listed his home address????  Something very fishy here.  Was it the only LEGAL WAY, THE CITY COULD CORRECT ANOTHER LEGAL BLUNDER?

I have included this so you can compare the rules to help everyone understand that there were literally DOZENS OF SIGN VIOLATORS OVER THE ENTIRE DOWNTOWN AREA, AND NOT ONE CITATION WAS EVER ISSUED TO ANY OF THEM.  Why not?  Why was I targeted and got the only citation since the year 2000.   I think you know why.  It was the content of my message of course.  It's called viewpoint discretion and is ILLEGAL.
