PINE GROVE MANOR.....SIGN WAS NOT LIKELY COMPLIANT.

I will have to check the file drawer on this one...but city was likely out of compliance with this one too.  City owns Pine Grove Manor. 

 

If this was done legally by the city, there will be TWO permits in the file cabinet for these two signs.
