Little Falls UPDATED CITY REWROTE SIDEWALK LAW... city council/mayor REPEATEDLY VIOLATE the Constitution. They need to go back to grade school or JAIL.

Oh lookie here...they are changing the law on sidewalk coloring....bet they intend to allow more chalking events in the future now.

So what is the penalty for an elected representative, violating the Constitution OVER AND OVER AND OVER????

Looks to me like there is NO PENALTY. Absolutely none....and this is precisely why they continue to abuse their power. They relish playing with YOUR money. I think they, law enforcement AND judges should all have to carry their own liability insurance. That way if they screw up, THEY pay the price, personally. How many more lawsuits will it take for the dumbed down local voters to realize, this council is lawless and corrupted through and through?
