Kris VonBerge Visit Little Falls, UPDATED WITH AUDIO uses your tax $$ to provide FREE advertising for "opportunity hoarders"ShaneCole RaquelLundberg"

I told you I wasn't done yet....and I am still not. The audio below in the form of a blank video is a MUST LISTEN.....

the blank video below is Debbie Cole(Dominos Pizza) registering with her 2 sidekicks for the Chalk The Walk event....a MUST LISTEN...

Below Kris is explicit in her instruction the night before (6-27-18) the event, on what I must follow....read for yourself. Clearly NOT what she told others in the contest. The rules and the agreement were clear. Follow or be disqualied. Chalk the Walk was just the latest event to promote certain artists,  and select businesses. Susy Prosapio (BlackdogLLC) owns Shoppes of Little Falls AND also Tony Amagosts Frame shop building.  She is part of the Historic Preservation Committee(so is Kris VonBerge) that is dishing out all kinds of $$$ grants and low interest loans to Susy......so far on BOTH those buildings. See how this works?

So is it the job of the taxpayer funded Little Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau, to promote private business OR the community? Every penny of the local option sales tax when you eat out in town or rent a motel room, goes to the city and they give it to the CVB. That money pays her LUCRATIVE salary.
Above is a free ad for the Shoppes of Little Falls, a private business owned by Susy Prosapio(BlackdogLLC). The pages below are from your taxpayer funded Visit Little Falls tourism guide.
Why are these certain businesses getting free ads? The paid ads are listed at the end of the Tourism booklet. I am sure Kris would love to provide you a copy if you ask. Your taxes paid for them. They are all over the state at rest stops, businesses, hotels, restaurants, airports and more.  Kris gets TENS OF THOUSANDS OF $$$ from the city council budget to promote the area. THESE BOOKS ARE NOT CHEAP..... tens of thousands EVERY YEAR. How do I know?  I have been at countless meetings where she requests it and they always provide.  The brochure clearly identifies the pages where the business ads are shown. Compare for yourself.....the paid ads are much smaller than these free promotions.

Raquel Lundberg is the PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD of Visit Little Falls AND getting free advetising for her Waller House Bed and Breakfast? She is also a city councilor who voted for the permit to allow Chalk the Walk.

Cathy VanRisseghem(former CVB Director AND mayor gave free ads too......only she favored/promoted/advertised Hilmerson RV, NOT EVEN IN THE CITY LIMITS, (her buddy Jim Hilmerson who owns it), Raquel Lundbergs Waller House Bed and Breakfast/Tearoom, Zoomskis, Pete and Joys Bakery, Shane Coles Dominos Pizza, and Justin Bieganek's Taco John's. I have the proof. I keep meticulous records.

The pages below are from Shane Cole President of Little Falls Business Association, personal Facebook page. I will let you decide if his posts are appropriate for a person in that position to be posting anywhere (while holding that position). I don't, and I told him so, today(7-2-18).

Here, Shane questions the Morrison County Records wording. (Below)
Why on earth would the president of Little Falls Business Association make a comment like this? Who are the 2 bad apples he refers to? A very unprofessional and PROVACATIVE thing to say.  I questioned him numerous times 7-2-18...he never did answer.

I think you know who Shane was referring to. Somebody figured it out. As least there is ONE savvy person in town. See below......

And fresh from the Visit Little Falls Facebook page, even MORE FREE ADVERTISING. Oh look.....promoting the LITTLE FALLS BUSINESS ASSOCIATION.

Above Kris posts this on the official city Convention and Visitors facebook page Visit Little Falls Mn. Dusty is violating the law that was waivered to allow this event. 7.14 Sidewalk Coloring ordinance.

Another HUGE advertisment for the president of the Little Falls Business Association owner Shane Cole.

Above picture was posted on the Visit Little Falls Facebook page early on June 28th, the day of the contest. I think you can decify why.

No surprise here. Dusty Parker is featured in the Morrison County Record as having started the day BEFORE, the ONE DAY EVENT permitted by the city. https://www.hometownsource.com/morrison_county_record/community/littlefalls/artists-start-on-their-creations-for-the-june-sidewalk-chalk/article_3aa8ceb0-7a4d-11e8-9e69-3b013c989c22.html5
Jake started at 9am on June 28th BEFORE the official registry and start of event time. He had the premier chalk stix that Kris gave to Bonjos, prior to the day of the event. I was given small pastel chalk(not preferred for sidewalk chalking due to small size.) Poor planning went into ordering of the tools ahead of time so all artists would be treated fairly. All in all, a very poorly planned and executed event.

Three gals started early and were observed laying on the sidewalk on Wednesday June 27th, the day BEFORE the event. The permit from the city was for ONE day. Why did Kris VonBerge give the chalk to "certain" businesses AND the go ahead for "some" to start early? Contest rules should ALWAYS be fair to all contestants. Right? But not in this town of oppprtunity hoarders. The select group that runs this town is always finding ways to scratch their friends backs. Cronyism pollutes this city in every way possible. The power brokers include city council, mayor, staff, Visit Little Falls CVB,  Great River Arts, Little Falls Business Association, the taxpayer subsidized city/county news rag Morrison County Record, Chamber of Commerce, West Side Association, Lindbergh Lions, Kiwanis, Rotary, Live Better Live Longer(now defunct), St. Gabriels Hospital, Mississippi Connections, Great River Arts Association, Great River TV, numerous churches, business owners, attorneys and more.

And this same clique of opportunty hoarders has another art/business event planned for September 5th deadline, so my warning to Shane Cole was very relevant. https://m.facebook.com/notes/small-but-noteworthy/call-for-artists/281319579100283/

Below is Kris's response to my question "define political messaging"

More to follow....I'm not finished yet.
