The video is blank but the sound is there....
Did this have anything to do with the Chalk the Walk idea/event? BETCHA. Mississippi Connections is the name of this secretive group that faithfully meets every Wednesday morning at Great River Arts Association. Some of these same people were likely instrumental in forming or on the Chalk The Walk Committee, that was an offshoot of the meeting held at the Initiative Foundation. This I am told is a cult-like group that REQUIRES weekly attendance in order to stay in the group. Only "select" people can join. I wonder if I can? I will find out and let you know.
Yes, Kris VonBerge should be fired immediately. She is a TAXPAYER liability.
My art below...a true depiction of war, Camp Ripleys complicity in it and the fact that Chalk the Walk contest/permit, violates the U.S. Constitution and free speech.
See explanation below....
Tarps left out all night on June 27th the DAY BEFORE the ONE DAY permit allowed the contest 6-28-18. 3 women were observed chalking the sidewalk on the sidewalk in front of Luxe at approximately 7-8pm on Wed. June 27, 2018. They violated the sidewalk coloring ordinance AND the one day permit the council unanimously approved for Chalk the Walk, co sponsored by Little Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau(Kris VonBerge President) AND Great River Arts Assocoation(Jill Moore president). Kris VonBerge coordinated the event.

This is the ordinance that Dusty Parker(first place WINNER) broke by chalking the day BEFORE THE EVENT. So did the 3 girls(2nd place winner) who were seen chalking the eveni g before, on the sidewalk in front of Luxe.
Words were used in all these above and below, which according to the official rules and agreement, was supposed to disqualify their entries.
The word Elliots is used, which disqualifies them. The photo above and below are from the Visit Little Falls Facebook page. P
See below....the Carnegie Library is OWNED by the city.
Kris is clueless(above) thinking that changing the rules somehow puts a bandaid on the unConstitutional nature of this event.
At least one person gets it.....see below...
Here are the winners listed on the Visit Little Falls Mn Facebook page.
Look at this below....
There will be more....I am not finished yet.
