Council president Jeremy Hanfler invites another lawsuit.

Little Falls city council president Jeremy Hanfler allows Sue Koester, Bruce Moller and others 6 minutes to speak at the public hearing on 1-17-17 and doesn't order any of them to come to the podium to speak. Public hearing procedure allows 2 minute limit for each person to speak, with maximum 2 appearances. Policy also says speakers are requested to come to the podium to speak.

In the future, you can all blame Jeremy Hanfler for wasting more of your tax dollars. He sure thinks he's cocky. He has invited another lawsuit.
