This article was online but NOT in the printed newspaper.  Can you figure out why?   I think I can.  I wonder if the state trooper that arrested her was Trooper Nick Otterson, or State Trooper Bryan Bearce?

The reason this case was dismissed is pretty clear.   Christopher Jay Hall's civil and Constitutional rights were likely violated.   That matters.  

and here is another case that was just dismissed....interesting that Michael Chisum declined to elaborate on why the case was dismissed.....right after I posted this topic on my blog.   Very interesting indeed.

I was at Peavy Plaza around the time this was going on.  I brought my signs and flags to stand in solidarity with the OCCUPY participants.  What people need to remember is that even Bishop Desmond Tutu, was aligned with OCCUPY.  Know why?   Because it stood for all the right things our country is lacking...a real peoples movement built on social justice for ALL.
