And for those of you who  do not understand the analogy......Wanda Kretzman is the former owner of Clearwater Kennels, who settled out of court (with the agency that investigates animal abuse complaints and violations), to pay 27K in restitution and agreed to not operate her puppy mill concentration camp for dogs until June 2016, and only after meeting all the demands of the settlement including paying up on the 27K. Wanda willingly did not renew her license with the USDA to operate Clearwater Kennels, instead allowed her daughter in law Angie McDuffee to apply for it, under Angie's Angels.   Clearwater Kennels is the LARGEST PUPPY MILL IN MINNESOTA.
