Waller House will have to pay for more parking spaces or lose conditional use permit....UNLESS.....

IT IS SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS THAT THE CITY COULDN'T SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.  

NOW ANY REVISIONS TO THE ORDINANCE WILL REQUIRE EXTRA TAXPAYER $$$$  to have the city attorney do even more research and revision, say nothing of additional staff hours of the zoning administrator, Ben Oleson, to get it right.  

What an embarrassment this city council,staff , committee members and attorney are.
