Appeal FILED with the Minnesota Court of Appeals on January 5, 2015

Kevin Riach, attorney with Fredrikson and Byron in Minneapolis will represent me at this hearing where 3 judges will decide if equal rights and free speech will prevail.   Stay tuned.   Likely a summer 2015 hearing in St. Paul will be scheduled.  It will be open to the public and the media.  You will hear it first on this blog as soon as I know the date and time.
