Jon Radermacher admits gas is at capacity ( city and EDA board created shovel ready business lots for sale in Chief Hole in the Day industrial park, without having done the necessary legwork to determine whether gas service critical to future businesses there, was even available). Shame on Greg Zylka, the  city EDA board, Carol Anderson, Morrison County EDA, and Jon Radermacher for not performing their duties correctly. What a bunch of slackers. Junior highers could probably do a better job. 

Kresha has a lot of nerve suggesting my activism and speech about the anti-BDS bills pushed by he and Gazelka are anti-semetic. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is not anti-semetic to call out or criticize the Israeli government for war crimes, apartheid, genocide, child atrocities, and illegal imprisonment of the Palestinian people.  Kresha, I have news for you. It IS your job to understand the Constitution, and also author only Constitutional legislation. Ones that will pass muster. You and Gazelka swore an OATH to uphold the Mn and US Constitutions. You 2 have violated both. Go back to junior high where you belong, and study the Constitution. 

The Zionist Israeli government is evil. Rotten to the core. And your churches are supporting this filthy regime. 

These  2 anti-BDS bills will be challenged and struck down eventually,(as they have in other states,)  because they violate the First Amendment.  Who pays for their screwup? Every single Minnesota taxpayer. They were warned. I asked them to repeal both laws. They refused. The guilt is on them. Watch.....the law is on the side of BDS and free speech. Betcha. The Mn ACLU thinks so and after all, they were right in my case(they wrote the amicus brief) and they are right on this too. 

Kresha YOU are wrong. So's your sidekick. And time will bear that out. 

If this community were to welcome diversity, it would solve our worker shortage. If we had a Woman's Peace and Justice Center(as I propsed when running for mayor in 2014) our daycare shortage would not exist. The community's women would have followed my leadership and developed a worker cooperative daycare where all workers could bring their own children, as they helped other parents whose children needed daycare. The homeless would be fed there, as an additional much needed program.  The city refuses to listen to and follow my advice on a number of good policy changes and new innovative ideas, so now finds itself in a quandry. Anybody surprised? Keep electing the good ol white boys (and their wives) opportunity thieves, and get more of the same. 

Worker cooperatives could solve most of the issues riddling this city. 

Keep up the MAGA agenda and watch this city crumble.

Little Falls Convention and Vistors Bureau(Kris VonBerge) acts as fiscal agent for Shoppes of Little Falls(Susy Prosapio)

Shoppes of Little Falls is a privately owned business. Susy Prosapio owns it. Every vendor that sells their products there, must have a Mn sales tax ID. 

So why is the CVB, (a non profit funded with sales tax money collected by the city), acting as a fiscal agent for a private business. Is this Kris VonBerge playing favorites with Susy? Who approved this? The CVB board(councilor Raquel Lundberg/ president CVB board)??? Or did the city staff/council????

This is REALLY fishy. 

Is this even legal??  I will find out.

Why on earth is Jon Radermacher promoting Economic Development funded projects? Isn't that the mayor's role? Especially since Mayor Greg Zylka is the PRESIDENT of the EDA?

My guess is Jon is recruiting supporters for the upcoming TIF district modification public hearing on March 18th.  Those Lions folks will be counted if they show up to give a public hearing comment in favor and I will report back on here, who they were. Many of the Lions don't even live in the city, but that won't stop them from "going along to get along".

One other thing......why are only "certain" businesses being promoted?   That's called bias and is unfair to all the other well established or new "not promoted" smaller businesses.

Just plain wrong.

This Lions group is loaded with opportunity thieves.

What does this add up to? A poorly run city, spending MILLIONS of taxpayer money on corporate welfare.  This citys leaders are promoting "socialism for some."

NOTICE THAT MAYOR GREG ZYLKA reappointed known criminal Charlie Peterka to the Library Board. Is that the best private citizen he could muster for the position? Really?

Zylka told former Alderman Brian Crowder he would appoint him to that board. There is recorded proof. But the mayor doesn't keep his promises. He doesn't need to tell the truth, does he? Zylka's good at poor decision making. There is proof about all kinds of other ridiculous, discriminatory comments as well. I hold the evidence.

Much more on this in the future. An outside agency, a state group will get to the bottom of the ongoing investigation of discrimination. As usual, the law is on my side. I always get the proof.

What the heck is going on?  This electronic sign was NEVER ALLOWED in the Central Business District B-1, so why hasn't the city REMOVED IT?  And the sign overages should have been removed too.

Notice this post was JANUARY 24, 2019.

I reported since then, that the electronic sign was still running.

Then Tuesday May 7th, Ben Oleson writes me this....

Problem is, it wasn't removed at all.

Ben was AT CITY HALL ON MONDAY, MAY 6, 2019 so why didn't HE drive by Beer Belly's before writing that? He's paid almost 4K per month. For what? He can't even gain compliance from Earl LeMieur, in more than 3 YEARS NOW?  It's abundantly evident to me, he doesn't WANT to.

I drove by there this morning, because I figured it was a lie. Sure enough, it was. Here is my response.

I have had it with having to police the lazy city staff. Remember, when they WANT to enforce the sign ordinance they do. If it's me that is. I was given a warning letter in late fall 2011 and issued the ONLY CITATION in Little Falls history in early spring 2012.

This is sheer bias, because Earl has $$$$ AND they don't despise the sign content, like they do my signs.


No wonder the city of Little Falls is considering replacing Ben Oleson(Hometown Planning) for zoning administrator. Doug Stewart was better at the sign ordinance enforcement and tracking and he wasn't even paid more to do it.

This is pathetic. Ben Oleson's contract with the city should be terminated.....immediately.

Camp Ripley is likely polluting the entire Morrison County and beyond.

I wonder about the contaminant level at the Canteen Bar, Main Gate Bar and Grille, and the gas station directly across the road from Camp Ripleys msin gate. It's a mystery that this community isn't demanding water tests. Perhaps nobody wants to know.

 Took the police almost an hour to respond.

Here's the kicker.....CHI was given the right of way by the city in 2018, so the "No Parking by Police Order" signs should not have even been posted. CHI owns all if Cherry Avenue.  Taxpayer funded police were used to enforce a restricted parking zone that didn't even belong to the city. How classy is that?

Since then, the signs have been replaced with "No Parking, Tow Away Zone" ones.

My next question is....how can our taxpayer funded police be used to guard the helipad owned by a private corporation on THEIR PRIVATE PROPERTY?

Doesn't seem legit to me. I wonder how much $$$ that ends up to be each year?

The city still turned a blind eye to the Can Man's illegal receptacle/signs/flags at Waters Edge Park, all the way through 2018, until I complained multiple times and made it very public on this blog.

After a larger version was finally removed, this lawbreaker was allowed to place his tiny can receptacle on CITY PARK PROPERTY in Maple Island Park. Until I complained again, blogged about it, and it was then finally removed.
