Ron Kresha UPDATED violated my First Amendment right to free speech? OH OH.....

Ron thinks he's going to pull a fast one and put a disclaimer on his page, just hours after I published this post.  Wrong. It is more than clear that your Ron Kresha for Minnesota Facebook page is a public forum.

LET ME BE VERY CLEAR.....I am not part of the local DFL, anyones campaign, working with or for any campaigns or advocating on behalf of the DFL or anyone else.

from the Jan. 9, 2019 article below:

if your elected representative has an official Facebook page where he or she invites comments, can he or she block you from commenting because you criticize his or her work?  According to a federal appeals court, the answer is a RESOUNDING NO. The Fourth Court of Appeals ruled that the interactive portion of a public official's Facebook page is a "public forum," so an official cannot block people from it because of the opinions they hold. When an official uses a Facebook page as a tool of governance....that is, when he or she uses it to inform the public about his or her government work, solicits input on policy issues through the page, and swathes it "in the trappings of his or her office" he or she is controlling the page as a government actor.  If she or he opens that page to public comment, the interactive  space of the Facebook page constitutes a public forum. The court specificallyrecognized blocking as infringing on that right, noting that blocking someone in order to silence criticism of government work is itself evidence of government action.

Kresha blocked me from commenting or clicking the "like" button on his Ron Kresha for Minnesota" Facebook page. Look for yourself. He clearly uses it to promote the govenment work he does.  He does not have a right to pick and choose who he allows to post comments.  The Fourth Court of Appeals ruled on that just last year.  These are some of the last comments I posted, before he deleted all of them......

I erected this TRUE statement today in my front yard 807 First Street Southeast, Little Falls, Mn. 56345.

Ron....I think you may be in legal hot water.

Ron I think it's mostly the radicalized rightwing, that generally shows up at protests with their weapons on their side, as in this article below....

Looks like he used the local police department to intimidate me, just like Rep. Jim Hagedorn did. Ron Kresha calling the LFPD suggesting that I was mildly harassing him, is not only a waste of taxpayer dollars, it is wrong for an elected official to wield his power to try intimidate or silence another.

This is what Kresha posted yesterday on his official Ron Kresha for Minnesota Facebook page, in response to my last blog about him...

By the way Ron, when a person googles your name "Ron Kresha, Little Falls, Mn" the first item that pops up is the Mn House website, and in the first sentence(the one that appears before you even click onto the site), they provide your address.  Once you click on the link, under biographical information, your address is provided.  Will the Little Falls Police Department be visiting them in St. Paul to ask that they take THIS down? Will they request that google maps remove this data?

Your comments Ron are absurd.  Nobody has created a web of deceit or threatened you or your family, whatsoever.  Nobody has used coercion or manipulation. Nobody has written even ONE threatening statement. You are full of it.

For the record....I am anti-police BRUTALITY.  I am anti-American perpetual wars for corporate profit.  I am anti-American misuse of taxpayer dollars to subsidize Zionist Israel's illegal occupation/abuses of Palestinians. I am anti-American legislators wielding their power to silence the people.

I am a truthteller, whistleblower and ardent supporter of the First Amendment. I print facts, with the proof to back them up. Video, audiorecordings, screenshots, articles, etc.  That is who I am.  I think you don't like what you see in the mirror.

You have a responsibility to provide proof of YOUR allegations.
