Little Falls, Mn UPDATED PORK BARREL HANDOUT... EDA public hearing today 5-10-19 city hall

Your Economic Development Committee is getting ready to give the old JCPenney building away for ONE DOLLAR.  This is YOUR TAXPAYER FUNDS pure and simple, given to ONE select contractor so HE alone can PROFIT off corporate welfare at it'$ worst.

Nate Hofman of MCM Investments, Inc....is the contractor who bought the bldg today.

No PUBLIC HEARING has EVER been held during the week, in the daytime. They are always held at the public work session or on council agenda. This is a purposeful move to keep more of the public away and in the DARK.

I can't afford corporate welfare handouts.....can YOU?

If you oppose, show up to speak against. This is BIG GOVERNMENT and NOT free market.

Mayor Greg Zylka is president of this group and other members are of course , Brad Hircock, Jeremy Hanfler(who voters rejected last fall and Zylka appointed right after his election loss anyway), Bob Reinitz and Mark Gerbi. Always the same group of mayoral handpicked "go along to get alongers" assuring more "pork barrel taxpayer funded" grant monies will be handed out to a select few so THEY get ahead.....while the rest of us get ripped off.

And don't let that job creation requirement fool you. That's just a con to get the public to go along. Why should job creation cost YOU?

If business entrepeneurs can't make a profit without welfare, they should go to work for somebody who can.

Show up, speak out. 1pm city hall.
