Listen to the Economic Development Committee 5-6-19 going to sell the old JCPenny bldg for ONE DOLLAR, and GRANT MONEY to boot.  At end of video Barret Petfoods Innovation plant at Hole in the Day business Park, is going to get it's gas lines installed at a price they can afford. So plan on stinky air as soon as that plant is up and running in 2020.
