He selectively prosecutes only those he wants to. Even with VIDEO EVIDENCE he doesn't prosecute people like Jim Hilmerson, where I was obviously the VICTIM of the crime he committed against me.
All of the criminals above and below who obviously committed numerous crimes, including disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and more, were NEVER prosecuted. Gee....can you figure out why?
